Lake Ridge Estates welcomes the interest of all qualified builders. In addition to the county requirements, a Lake Ridge Building Permit is required. Some points of interest:
- Builders are required to provide proof of insurance
- Building Permit Fee is $3500
- Building plans must be received by the first Monday of the month for review by the Architecture Committee
- The Architecture Committee forwards recommended applications to the Board of Directors for consideration and/or approval at their regularly scheduled monthly meetings (normally third Monday of the month).
- Construction must begin within one year of the date of permit issuance and must be completed within 180 days from start date.
- All construction is subject to inspection by a designed Lake Ridge Estates Inspector.
- Jefferson County building permit is required.
- Minimum square footage is 1,500. See restrictions for full details.
- Rental property is prohibited by recorded Declaration of Restrictions.
